Scheduling a Free Discovery Session
Visit my online calendar and select a date and time convenient for you. You don't need to register for an account to do this.
After you select a time, if you can't see the "schedule" button at the bottom of the scheduling pop-up window, just left-click on the bar at the top of the window to drag it upwards so the button is visible.
Please contact me via phone (412-222-5999) or email if you don't see a time that works for you, or if you have any technical difficulties. Allow up to 90 minutes for your discovery session.
After Our Discovery Session: Next Steps if You've Decided to Hire Me

Please read through the instructions below for accessing and utilizing your online client account. Feel free to contact me via phone or email if you have any questions.
1. Setting you up and signing the coaching agreement:
After you've decided to hire me, I'll set you up in the system, which may take up to one business day. No need to register for an account; we'll do this for you. I'll then send you an email with a link to a client/coach agreement to review and sign. Please contact me if you have any questions.
2. Completing welcome packet materials:
After signing the client agreement, you'll receive an activation email with your username and password, along with instructions on logging in.
Please complete the following three items under the "forms" tab: profile, discovery, and goals.
The online forms are intended to give both of us more clarity on what you wish to accomplish. So that I have time to give them the attention they deserve, please complete them at least one full business day before our next session. Have fun, and congratulate yourself for taking the time for this important work.
If you aren't sure about answers for some of the questions, take your best guess or skip them for now. Simply do your best. No need for very long answers, unless writing more is helpful for you. The answers aren't intended to be set in stone; they are intended primarily to get the juices flowing. You'll find that you've already generated some of the answers during your discovery session.
You don't have to complete a call strategy form (described further below) prior to our first post-discovery session.
The bottom of the "profile" page provides the option to change your password.
Our next session will include a review of the welcome forms, and will lay the groundwork for upcoming sessions.
3. Paying the first invoice:
After signing the client agreement, the invoice for your first month of coaching will be generated within 24 hours. Log in to the coaching system. Under the "Invoices" heading on the dashboard/main page, click the "pay" button to pay this via PayPal or credit card. (Alternately, you can click on the "payment" tab at the top.)
Invoices for following months will be emailed at the beginning of the month, and are due prior to our first coaching session for that month.
1. Complete brief Call Strategy Form:
A day before each session, you will receive an automated reminder about our appointment. Prior to our session, log in at this page. Below the "Upcoming Appointments" heading on the dashboard/main page, click on the "fill form" button next to our upcoming appointment. (Alternately, you can click on the "forms" tab at the top, followed by "call strategy" to access the same form.) Please take a few minutes to complete the call strategy form, to ensure that you receive maximum benefit from our time together.
When you save your call strategy form, I'll receive notice that you've completed it, and will be able to access it. Should you ever wish to complete the form further in advance, e.g., if you'll be away from the computer for a few days, you do not have to wait to receive the reminder before completing the form. Following each session, a new blank form is automatically generated for the next session on the calendar.
2. Keeping track of appointments:
If you lose track of dates and times of upcoming appointments, you can click on the "calendar" tab to see any appointments. If you ever need to reschedule, please contact me via phone or email directly.
3. Other resources:
From time to time I may refer you to forms or resources under some of the other tabs, and will provide additional directions.
